Raising this for a customer here.
Currently, Roles is only available for Enterprise portals. In my personal opinion, roles seem to be an important tool for medium-size companies as well since they would expect to have multiple users.
The use case is that the super admin frequently need to add people with “view only” permissions. None of the default roles fit this.
Hoping to see this feature being extended to Pro users as well, thank you!
