Unassigned Emails

I have unchecked the boxes so that I will not recieve “unassigned emails” anymore, I still get the email notifications. When I reach out to hubspot they say, read the post in the forum. I read the post, it says uncheck the boxes, they are unchecked, hubspot says read the post, I read the post they are unchecked. No help, this is terrible.

To double check, you have disabled both of these options?

Sometimes disabling and re-enabling all notifications does the trick:

Thanks, I do not get emails about it… but I still see it being “unassigned” within hubspot.
