Transfer Super Admin access to another admin

My name is Catalina and I’ve recently started as a digital marketer at a company. We have three free acounts but unfortunately we don’t have access to one of them. The person who’s been working in the marketing departement before is the only Super Admin of that account but she’s no longer working with us and her email account was disabled.
Is there any way, any of the other admins/members of that account could get Super Admin access, so they can give me access to the account?
As mentioned, the person with the SuperAdmin access is no longer working here and her work email was disabled, so there is no way she could give Super Admin access to the others.

Hi @CPaduraru,

This is a tricky one as the super admin permission set is designed to not be easily attainable.

On paid subscriptions, I’d recommend reaching out to support but that’s on an option in the free CRM (which it seems you’re using).

Have you considered reactivating the email address, letting IT access the inbox and have them transfer the super admin role? That would, I think, be the fastest option.
