Change Super Admin

Hi

I’d like to change the Super Admin please! The one we have has left the company. How do I request this?

Hi @08051,

HubSpot recommends to assign another user to be a super admin before a super admin leves the company. If the user or your IT team can access his email, you’d be able to log into his account and change the permissions accordingly.

If that doesn’t work, HubSpot can further investigate this. To do so, you need to fill the form at the end of the page here, with all the information including the super admin email.

@karstenkoehler I have a common situation the email of the super admin person was deleted. So now I can’t add new workers. How to manage it?
