Hoping someone out there can help me since I have tried the self-transfer services with no luck, have used the chat and got ghosted by Ana, and messaged a mod with no response.
I just need my certificates transfered from one account to another and the system email never comes for me to do it on my own. I saw a post from someone else with this same issue and they were able to get help.
