I need help transferring certificates from my old work email to a different one. I no longer have access to my old email and need to download my certificates. I know what certificates I took. I’d like to send details through a DM. Thank you.

Hi, @HNguyen196 If the self-transfer option won’t work, you can fill out this form Community Intake. You can select “Transfer Academy Certifications” as an option. One step to note — add your “old” email address (where the certifications currently live) in the field labeled “Community Username” as username isn’t relevant in this case.
“To transfer certifications to a new email address, that email address must be associated with a user in a HubSpot account. Learn more about creating users in your HubSpot account.”
