Hello! I’m a new member so please let me know if this is a proper question for this forum. We recently downgraded our DAM so we are no longer able to track downloads, views, etc of a given asset (usually a PDF). Does HubSpot offer this ability?

We do not have the capability to directly track downloads or views of PDF files within HubSpot. However, a workaround is to create Call-to-Actions (CTAs) and link them to the PDF files. By tracking the clicks on these CTAs, you can indirectly monitor the engagement with your PDF assets.
