Tracking Code Exercise Failing Despite Successful Validation

Hi, I’m having an issue with the HubSpot tracking code practical exercise in the “Building an Effective Automation Strategy in HubSpot” certification course continuing to fail even though the tracking code is installed and validates successfully.

I manually installed the tracking code on my WordPress website immediately before the closing body tag using a footer code plugin, and the HubSpot validator shows the site as “Validated.” I also receive the confirmation email stating that the tracking code is live and has been successfully validated.

However, after clicking Submit and waiting for the exercise to be graded, I receive a failure email about 24 hours later. This has now happened twice over the past week despite the successful validation.

I reviewed the installation instructions again and confirmed that the tracking code is correctly installed sitewide, so this appears to be an issue with the automated grading system rather than the installation itself.

Could someone from the Academy team manually mark the exercise as complete on the backend?
