Hi @Adelabu! Welcome to the Community-- happy to have you here  Congratulations on starting this journey.

I’d love to know more about your background in web design and marketing. HubSpot was a start-up once upon a time, so there are tons of Resources for Startups that you can explore.

That sounds like a great initiative! Wishing you the best on your journey.

There are plenty of ways to attract clients, from networking and referrals to showcasing strong case studies and leveraging content marketing. If you have specific questions, feel free to ask—I’d be happy to share insights!

Looking forward to seeing your agency grow. Best of luck!

LinkedIn is the best place to engage with your Target audience and generate leads other than email. But if you work on a combination of both that will be beyond awesome for your business.

Let’s chat further on this if you would like.

Hey @Adelabu! Congratulations on taking a step towards an awesome goal, and welcome to the community. Starting a web design and marketing agency is a great move, but getting clients takes a focused approach. Instead of trying to serve everyone, narrow down your niche. Who do you want to work with? Local businesses, e-commerce stores, SaaS companies? The more specific, the better.

Once you define your ideal client, build a buyer persona, understand their industry, pain points, and what they need from a web design or marketing service. Then, create offers that speak directly to those problems.

For outreach, start with businesses that fit your niche. Cold email, LinkedIn, and industry-specific networking groups are good places to connect. And don’t just pitch, show them how you can solve a problem they have. If you don’t have case studies yet, offer a discounted or trial service to get some results under your belt.

Thanks for this tip as I myself am starting the same. On process of niching down and creating the business plan.

I had a much smoother time launching my first product once I leaned on mvp development for startups to keep the scope tight and avoid feature sprawl.

Focusing only on what solves the core problem made testing way quicker, and the user feedback loop felt way more manageable. It really helped me cut wasted effort and figure out what people actually cared about before scaling anything.
