Timebound Segmentation for Clicks, Form Submissions, etc.

We are running into limitations where we can’t effectively identify contacts who have completed behaviors within a certain amount of time, like filling out two forms within the last 4 weeks. We can see the date of the last form submission, but there’s no way to see activity across all forms. Similarly with email clicks, we can see the date of the last click and the total number of clicks, but not if someone has clicked on multiple emails within the last 4 weeks.

This is limiting our ability to surface MQLs to our Sales team who have been engaging with content recently and targeting comms to higher-engaged contacts. It would be really helpful if we could have the ability to select a number of form submissions, clicks, opens, etc. within a particular timeframe for building lists and for lead scoring.

Hi Lindsey

You can select each form and email within a list, using the “or” condition between them. But this can be definitly a hassle, and needs constant update.

Or maybe try this solution posted in another thread (it’s a bit old now but it might be a workaround for you).

Another thing that I recomment (even thought being bias a bit :)) is to use a HubSpot integration like thalox, that uses AI to process all those behaviour activities, to provide you lists of contacts based on how engaged they will most likely be in the future. Then you can have high engagers and inactive contacts in seperate lists, and add only filters that match your ICP to it, without worrying about the engagement filters.

hope it helps!
