Hi @Deep_Kwatra,
Can you specify what exactly you’re referring to when you say ‘any actions afterwards’?
Generally, you can leverage for example:
A full list of fields can be found here: HubSpot's default contact properties
What you could do is set up a contact-based workflow that enrolls contacts whenever one of your qualifying actions (“any action afterwards”, see list above) occurs, then use the ‘Edit record’ workflow action to set the value of a custom date property (e.g. ‘Last marketing activity date’) to the current date.
You can then build a list of contacts where:

Hey @Deep_Kwatra
You could build an active list using the form submission event, properties Last Engagement Date ( The last date and time of one-to-one email opens and clicks, lead revisit notifications, meeting bookings, and form submissions on the contact record. This is set automatically by HubSpot based on the date/time set for an activity when it’s logged on the record only when the Contact owner property has a value. This doesn’t include email marketing, ads or events). Also, Time of First Session and Time of Last Session. (time and date the contact has viewed a page on your website)
If actions include email marketing, ads, make sure you use properties such as Last Marketing email Open or Click, and Ad property filters such as Occurred or if you want to go more granular, specific network properties. You can also filter by marketing and custom events if you track such interactions.
You can create different groups to build your scenario criteria. Then use this to trigger a workflow to take different actions based on your goals, i.e., send internal notifications to sales, email them, or enrol them in a sequence, etc. The final filtering logic and actions would depend on what you are trying to achieve.
You can explore HubSpot’s contact default properties here: HubSpot's default contact properties
And check out events:
Finally, for ads: Create a list based on ad interactions
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions.
Cheers,
