I am having trouble adding addtional recipients to recieve test emails. There use to be an option to add another email on the drop down menu where you select who will recieve your test email, however that option has seemingly disappeared. Any clarification on this issue would be very much appreciated.

Are you using the classic editor of the drag & drop editor? You can always type the desired test email and press enter to create the option (see screenshot).
