In the Marketing Email editor, every typo or new address typed into the ‘Send test to’ field is permanently stored as a selectable option. There is no way to delete or clean up these test addresses once created. As an agency, we have at least ~15+ bad/typo addresses that now appear for all users, increasing risk of mistakes and cluttering the experience.
We need the ability to:
Remove specific addresses from the ‘Send test to’ history, and/or
Clear all previously used test addresses, or reset the list per user/portal. A simple ‘Manage test recipients’ / ‘Clear history’ function in the test send dialog would solve this and save ongoing headaches.
From speaking with Hubspot AI it does not seem like there is a way to delete these at this time but looking for some upvotes to escalate to the product team for future improvements.

Dev needs to find a way for users to edit the dropdown for the test email “send to” drop-down. There are many reasons why Hubspot users need to edit that list.
We were just acquired by a company that wants us to switch to their Marketo, and we don’t want to, so we are trying to make our HubSpot user friendly for our new colleagues. It seems that no one in support can even help us. I
t’s all very frustrating and unfortunate.
