TERM not importing

Hi,

I’ve ran into an issue where I cannot import line item property ‘TERM’. When I enter a value like 36 or 1 the import runs into an error.

I’ve also tried adding the billing frequency property “Monthly” alongside the TERM property, but it still does not work.

Any idea’s?

I have seen that another Community Member had a similar behavior. Hi @OBetzalel, how did you succeed to import the monthly term, please, to help @HMulckhuijse?

If the behavior continues, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, including hopping on a screenshare if necessary.

I’ve found the solution, I needed to add P’#months’M as input.

So for 36 months that would look like this: P36M.
