I set a term for 300 products the other day and wanted to remove the term. The only supported values are 1-a really big number. I need to change the term to 0 or “blank”
The export doesn’t support either of these options and Hubspot support suggested deleting the products and re-importing to remove the value. Would be great if the next person that needs to do this can use an import file instead of deleting products.
I also set the billing frequency to “monthly” and need to change it back to “one-time” guess how that is handled! If you guessed, “change it to blank” you guessed correctly. Spoiler. You can’t import a blank value so we are in the same boat with billing frequency 
Just met the same problem. Want to update line item “Billing Frequency” from annual to one-time, but not possible… In export Billing frequency)=“One-time” has “no value”
