When it comes to unassigned contacts. If I’m a part of the Swedish team and my colleague is a part of the Brazil team, would we still be able to see all unassigned contacts and companies?
If so, would that mean that we need to assign all records to at least a dummy-user for each team that will be the owner of the unassigned records?
