I am trying to add the Teams app from Marketplace using the limited install. I have permission from my admin for this but now get the error:
Can I have some help to get this connected and working so people can use my meeting link to book in with me?

Thank you for asking the Community!
I understand that you are trying to connect HubSpot and Microsoft Teams but you get this error message.
I checked for you and this means that the same Microsoft account cannot be connected to two portals if they are in different HubSpot Data Centers.
You can only connect the same Microsoft account once.
So, if you wish to install it in via portal 1, you first need to uninstall it in portal 2.

I haven’t used hubspot before so I don’t how the account is being used in another portal. How do I connect to the other portal to disconnect it please?

Sorry for the delay in the reply!
This article “Manage multiple HubSpot accounts” will guide you on how to check if you have several portals and how to access them.
Then you can disconnect Microsoft Teams on some of the accounts, so that it is only connected on one of them.

We’ve now found the fix. It was as simple as being invited to my organisation by someone with admin rights, which then created me a new user account in the correct location! So if anyone else has this issue - you have a solution!

Could you provide me with a step by step solution? I have the same error and can’t fix it.. I am the core user of hubspot right now but I am not the admin of our teams environment as we are part of a bigger cluster.
