It would be great to be able to connect more than one HubSpot Portal to a single Microsoft Teams installation.
Larger company groups might have consolidated Teams into one instance but they still need separate HubSpot portals to run their different business.
Hi there! My name is Hallie, and I’m a Program Manager on the CXM Team. The product team confirmed that if all of your HubSpot accounts belong to the same data center, an MS Teams account can be connected in multiple accounts. (The ability to connect one MS Teams account to accounts in different data centers is on the roadmap, but not yet available.) I hope this is helpful in the meantime!
