As a Sales Leader it would be extremely helpful to see my team’s progress in detail for certification courses in the academy.
We have a few employees that are struggling with the final exam, and understanding where they are, what they have viewed and their quiz scores along the way will assist in finding training opportunities to get them up to speed.
This is a fantastic ideea and a +1 from me.
We are looking to deploy HubSpot to a multitude of different teams and keeping track of just the pilot team is quite cumbersome - I can see their approximate progress with the orange circle being completed, but it’s a guesstimate as to what they’re stuck on.
It would also be useful to be able to run a progress report so that we can run internal workshops on sticking points - eg. if we see that 20 people are getting to a certain point and stopping, we can invite those people to a workshop to help them get through it.
