Tasks disappearing

We’ve been having problems with team members’ tasks disappearing. With one of the users we found all her tasks were marked as complete (which she did not do). We cleared all the filters, but it did not help until she spoke to support.

Another user did complete a task but the task does not appear in the Company record at all. We often use the task comment section and the task not being there affects our workflow.

I (super admin) did check in the recycling bin but none of these tasks were deleted.

Could you share some information on how tasks get created and associated to HubSpot records?

Personally I have not come across an issue with tasks disappearing or not showing in records, so my first troubleshooting step would be to check how and where these tasks get created.

I go into the Company record > click on tasks > click on create task > complete required fields and assign to a user > and save.

We’ve been doing it this way for a month (new users) with no problems. Started having this problem this week only.
