Thank you for getting in touch. I can see from your screenshot that your Task notifications are enabled. Can you confirm this is set for Mobile App notifications, rather than for Email or another medium? You can see how to check that in my screenshot. Settings > Notifications > Mobile.
Another thing to check: Have you enabled reminders for the Tasks in question. If there is no reminder set, then no reminder notification will be issued. We have more information on editing Tasks and setting reminders here.

Would you be able to show me where you have the Task reminder set? Please don’t share any sensitive information as this is a public channel. If you look at my screenshot here you’ll see there is no option to choose between pc and mobile, this is a global setting for each task.
Also under Settings > General > Tasks, you should also be able to see the default setting for Task reminders. This is separate from notifications.
Hi @AMednis, the pictures you’ve show me here are of your Notification settings. What I’m hoping to see are the Task Reminder settings in your Tasks. These can be set individually for each task.
Sales > Tasks > Hover over a Task > Edit. From there you can set your reminder.
