Checking the box to set future task while on a call or email if you change the future task to anything but the default, the new future task is set to no reminder causing user to manually change reminder form No Reminder to Reminder At task due time.
Please fix this as it is causing unnessary clicks and work. This amounts to a lot of extra wasted time.
All notification settings are properly configured. This is happening with
other people too.
HubSpot Support, Please open a call log, email, note, etc. then check the box at the bottom right to create a To-do Task to follow up but change the date of new task to anything other than the default setting and then save (log call and complete task) then click on the new future task and it will show the date you picked but under Reminder it will show No reminder and you will have to manually change it. This happens on every new task that is checked and changed to any date other than the default setting. Please fix ASAP. -Thank you.
