How can you create more task types? Now there are 3:
- conversation
- e-mail
- to-do

I agree. I would like to know how I spend my week and month. Am I leaning to heavy on one task type vs another? I’m in sales, so knowing those numbers is important to ensuring I am staying focused on “what moves the needle”
It would be really great to have more task types, including a dropdown option to add a new task type right inside a task being created.
I nedd this feature- task type with drop down choice, it’s the very good maed in Zoho. Why you still can’t add this featues in beta version? It’s 2024, come one.
IT’S 2025 - STILL CAN’T ADD/EDIT TASK TYPES!!!
I thought I was crazy when trying to figure this out this morning. Seems like you can customize all sorts of arbitrary things but not tasks? That almost feels like having a spreadsheet that can’t calculate an average.
