Is it possible to update the assignee of a task, every time the object associated is updated with a new owner?
For example,
Deal D is created and a Task T is assigned to Owner A, the deal owner is changed to Owner B, how can Task T be automatically update to be assigned to Owner B

That would affect all tasks. not just the future, but also the past, correct?
I found out that now there are tasks based workflows and that may be a more controlled solution.

Task-based workflows are unfortunately not an option because they don’t allow re-enrollment based on changes on associated objects.
In other words: If your deal is re-assigned for the second, third, fourth time, tasks would stay with their previous owner.
