Hey guys, I’m happy to announce my very first HubSpot app is live and ready to go.
Its called “Task Notifier” and as its name suggests, it sends an email notification whenever a task is marked as completed. The email is sent to the task creator. Slack notification are coming up next too!
Now you can stay on top of work delegated to you team members and also external contributors.
It keeps track of tasks from:
- contacts
- companies
- deals
- tickets

The app is currently not listed in marketplace as I first need at least 3 install to be able to request listing, so as of now just go to the app’s website https://tasknotifier.com/ and click the blue button.

Task Notifier sounds like it solves a very real pain HubSpot doesn’t send automatic emails when tasks are completed, so having that extra visibility is huge.
I like that you’re covering tasks tied to contacts, companies, deals, and tickets right out of the gate, it makes it broadly usefull
The step-by-step demo was a nice touch too. Adding Slack notifications next will make it even more powerful for teams that live there daily.
It’s a massive pain point.
