Task Creator on Mobile App

Hi All,

My company is considering moving over to Hubspot professional.
A lot of our workflow revolves around the use of tasks and assigning tasks to other team members.
We noticed that on the mobile app, when you go into the ‘Tasks’ tab and open up a task, you can’t see who actually sent/assigned you the task.
I’m sure we’re probably just missing something simple as it’s hard to imagine that such an important feature would be missed, but figured I’d ask anyway!

Hi @AdamCFCS ,

Unfortunately, I don’t think this is something that you are able to see in the app.

I’ve had a look on my own phone and it seems that even when you click to edit the task you can only see the

  • task name
  • notes
  • task type
  • due date
  • assocations
  • assigned to
  • status

Yes it seems so odd that such a ‘bread and butter’ feature isn’t available on the mobile app. It makes it somewhat unusable for us.

We had been in the process of moving over to an enterprise subscription, but the lack of something as basic as knowing who sent you a task on the mobile app is now putting us off committing.

I checked for you and our Product Team just launched a new feature to manage marketing tasks in the HubSpot mobile app.
Android will be online real soon as well.
Are you referring to sales tasks or marketing tasks, please?
