Synchronizing Contacts from Outlook

Hi, I have set up the synchronization between Outlook and Hubspot and the only thing that gets synchronise is the Name and the email but the rest of the details are not being pulled through.

I have checked the mapping and all seems to be correct.

Any idea on what to do?

I was expecting the phone number, the linkedin profile, the address, etc.
Instead, all I get is the name and email and not the rest.

Where are these details contained in Outlook? As far as I’m aware only email and name will ever sync across.
