Right now Hubspot notes sync to Activity History. Not only does this clog up the activities, but it syncs the note to the Task Subject field which is limited to 255char. If the note is longer than that, it is simply cut off. Hubspot notes should be synced to Salesforce notes instead.
This is a frustration for us as well.
It would be nice to sync Notes to Notes sent emails to activity history (without assigning a task?!) etc etc.
This became a big issue as most of the notes are more than 255 chars. It would be great to have some options here, either sync Notes to Notes or sync Notes to Chatter.

Very much Agree Hubspot Notes and Activities should have oppertunity to sync to other objects besides just Tasks.
We are running into the same problem.
At a bare minimum, could we get the Note body to sync to task comments rather than task subject? That would alleviate the truncation at 255 characters.

We are having a similar issue - hubspot is used for prospecting and salesforce for deal management - in our case it doesn’t make much sense that the note objects can’t talk to each other as the notes are often the most valuable bits of information for the handover
Not just about Note body flowing incorrectly to SF Subject.
In general, pls enable us to set sync options for Tasks and Notes as well like we have for Contacts, Companies and Deals.
Currently it is not possible to:
- set sync options of HS Notes to which SF object (either Tasks or Notes)
- not possible to manage and create properties for Tasks, either Notes
This is huge HS gap, which should be really resolved..

It would be great to be able to pick which fields information is synced with, similarly to the other object options.

This is a need! Activity Sync really needs an overhaul in the integeration it is so limited compared to other objects.
HubSpot Note: Body should map to Salesforce Task: Comments and Salesforce Task: Subject could just default to “HubSpot Note”.
much needed feature, very frustrating for a sales rep to not find the complete information on the tasks/ meeting notes from Hubspot.

I am really frustrated - why are notes not syncing to notes? Who even thinks of looking into Activity History? Please change that!
