It would be great if the 1-10 rating on the scale available for custom surveys had more options rather than just ‘strongly disagree to strongly agree’. I would like to add a question in which the answer was ‘very unlikely’ to ‘very likely’ for example.
Also change the rating to 1 to 5 for example, would be great. More personalization for surveys please!
Yes, we need this too!
I’ve just found this is actually possible. You have to associate your question to some property and then you are able to change this number scale.
Just what I was looking to do as well. @hubspot any update on when the Survey features will become more modifiable?
In addition to the suggestion @EGrimmett , I would also like to be able to modify the style of sad/neutral/happy icons under the “Sentiment” category, and maybe upload my own iconography that’s on-brand for our company.
Also, for the Multiple Choice question - would be great to define a maximum selection, i.e. “Choose up to three”
Add a “Submit” button that follows the user once they’ve completed all their mandatory questions. The reason for this is we experience many drop-offs after a few questions, and while we are evaluating the length of the survey, it would be great to proactively offer the user with the Submit button so we can capture their partial replies vs. losing all their effort once they’ve run out of time/want to move on from the survey.
Another way to do this would be when surveys have several parts (Multiple pages), each page should have a Submit button (and it would submit only if they filled out all the mandatory questions; if they try to submit but haven’t completed mandatory questions, user should be presented with a message about filling out mandatory questions before they’re able to submit).
