Creating Custom Surveys

Hello! I am working on our Sandbox environment to create a custom survey. I would like to know if there’s a way to change the parameters around some of the questions. For example, I want to have an option to select 1-5 with 1 being “very unsatisifed” and 5 being “very satisfied”. However, I can only find the option to list 1-10 with 1 being “strongly disagree” and 10 being “strongly agree”.

Is there a way to change this so that it gives the options 1-5 with custom meanings?

Hi @MGreene04,

Once you drag and drop a rating into the survey editor and then click “Create feedback property” in the left sidebar…

… you should see these options to adjust the scale and labels
