Is it possible to automatically send survey e-mails in the workflow? I can’t find this option. Can only marketing emails be sent in the workflow?

This currently isn’t possible in the tool, but it has been submitted to the ideas forum.
I’d suggest liking and commenting on that post with your use case, as HubSpot sources ideas for product updates and new features there.
