I would like to trigger the new Custom Survey (in Beta now, Sep 2020) from workflows. This way we can react to different changes in contacts, deals or companies and then send specific surveys.
Sending surveys automatically after an action is taken by a customer or prospect is absolutely essential to business functions. I'm a bit surprised this wasn't included in the initial roll-out of Feedback Surveys, and definitely urge the HubSpot product team to prioritize this feature.
This would be of great help as feedback survey sending options are very limited and mostly manual for us right now..I'm sure other have the same problem!
A must-need! Why? When we lack essential data, after a customer is Won in the lead journey, we should be able to forward a survey asking for this. Like: "Thanks for being with us - Let us know what the purpose of the buy was" if this was still unknown when confirming the deal.
This is a must. I'd love to include it as the last step of a welcome flow series. It allows us to get critical information from new users on their experience with our products.
So crucial! Please add this feature, so I can send a survey within my post-renewal workflow to measure value factors on why our clients decided to renew.
