Trigger Custom Survey through workflow

I would like to trigger the new Custom Survey (in Beta now, Sep 2020) from workflows. This way we can react to different changes in contacts, deals or companies and then send specific surveys.

Sending surveys automatically after an action is taken by a customer or prospect is absolutely essential to business functions. I'm a bit surprised this wasn't included in the initial roll-out of Feedback Surveys, and definitely urge the HubSpot product team to prioritize this feature.

This would be of great help as feedback survey sending options are very limited and mostly manual for us right now..I'm sure other have the same problem!

A must-need! 
Why? 
When we lack essential data, after a customer is Won in the lead journey, we should be able to forward a survey asking for this. 
Like: "Thanks for being with us - Let us know what the purpose of the buy was" if this was still unknown when confirming the deal.

Yes Please! it's a must.... I was trying to add a survey I created into a workflow, but can't be done

This is a must. I'd love to include it as the last step of a welcome flow series. It allows us to get critical information from new users on their experience with our products.

Due to low volume and a long sales cycle, I would like to be able to manually enroll and send a customer survey via external email through a workflow.

Even the hubspot service team itself would like to have that feature, right now they are simply closing tickets later

This would be very beneficial to get feedback on why a deal goes to Lost. We would like to track the reason by offering a list of options.
