We’d like better support for bringing full transcripts from Fathom meetings into HubSpot, not just summary notes or action items.
The meeting summary can appear in HubSpot, but the full transcript remains in Fathom. A more complete integration would make it much easier for teams to review conversations, keep meeting context on the CRM record, and use transcript data more effectively inside HubSpot.
Ideally, this would support:
- syncing the full transcript into HubSpot
- making it available in a more native HubSpot transcript experience rather than only as a summary note
This would be especially valuable for teams already using Fathom as their meeting recorder and wanting the conversation history fully accessible in HubSpot.
