Zoom paid accounts now automatically summarize the calls through their AI summary tool. you have to toggle it on in settings. For me, that’s the most useful thing Zoom does. to have that summary in HubSpot - automatically - means i don’t need to summarize every call myself. Golddust. who votes for this feature?? tnks! Mike

I would expand and say that the Call Summary functionality for Calls should be extended to Meetings (Zoom synced) too. Especially since HS already creates transcripts anyway, it should be ‘easy’.

We had the same need so we built CustomerIQ (I’m a founder) to extract notes, field properties, and action items from Zoom calls and sync directly with Hubspot. Also works with logged emails and Hubspot calls. Hope this helps!
This isn’t even something accessible in the Zoom → Zapier connection either. Struggling to find a way to get it into Hubspot!
@FinaleFred unfortunately Zoom doesn’t provide any API endpoints for the AI Assistant content (like the summary). So not only is it unavailable in Zapier it’s unavailable to all developers. For now third-party apps like CustomerIQ are the best way to get this information connected.

I think there is a way, however it’s really cumbersome. I haven’t built it yet though: it’s through building an Agent in Agent.ai or some other automation
1. You need to retrieve the files through the Zoom API
2. Extract the text files needed
3. Find the related Meeting ID in Hubspot (likely an API call as well)
4. Look up the Company/Contact associated to that Meeting ID
5. Write the content from your Zoom files to a Note (through an API call) in Hubspot.
Either way, this should be out-of-the-box functionality
