As a super admin, I’d like the ability to set & reset a default activity view for all hubspot users.
This would be really helpful to get the team the information they need to see quickly, especially when they are not knowledgable about the tech details of hubspot.
Our sales team also uses Salesforce, and you cannot update the default views in Hubspots Salesforce interegration from the Salesforce platform unless it is preset in the HubSpot platform. As an admin, it’s very difficult to explain to them, and higher level execs, the process of how to do this, and it would be much easier if I can set this for them as a Super Admin
Yes please! I need this as a superadmin for a less-technical team… basically I need to be able to show them exactly what they need to see - nothing more and nothing less.
Yes that is absolutely needed and very strange that it is not available natively. There is a lot of information in there and some of them woudl be relevant to a team and not at all for another, making needed information disappear in a sea of unrequired data.
