It would be incredibly helpful to allow users to set a custom view as the default for HubSpot pages that support saved views — such as Calls-to-Action (CTAs), Lists, Workflows, and others.
Currently, these pages default to the “All” view, even when a user has created and consistently uses a custom view tailored to their workflow. Being able to choose and save a preferred view as the default would reduce friction, save time, and help ensure teams are always working from the most relevant data set.
Other areas in HubSpot, like Contacts and Deals, already support this functionality, so it would be great to see consistency across the platform.
Example use cases:
- Defaulting to a view that filters out archived workflows or legacy CTAs
- Landing on a curated list view instead of seeing all lists
- Saving time for users who work in specific filtered views daily
Please consider adding this functionality — it would be a great UX improvement for teams managing large volumes of assets.
