Good Morning,

I am looking for a way to add our subscription preferences form into a landing page so people can sign up for our newsletters from our website. I am unable to find this module in our global list even though it was converted to a global module. Where can I find it OR is there a better want to accomplish this?

The subscription preferences form isn’t available as an option to be embedded into other pages and is only accessible from the automatically generated links in the footers of emails sent to the recipient. This is probably this way to prevent some sort of miss-use.

Depending on your stance on lawful basis to communicate, I think your options are:

  • Embed a form with custom checkbox properties that are mapped to email subscription types by workflow
  • Embedded a form which has consent checkboxes for each subscription type enables in the form GDPR options
