I already have subscription types created, how can I create a newsletter sign up landing page for my website using a form with all my subscription types?

Contacts can opt into your email subscription types through a form that includes a notice of consent (more information in the linked help article) for that subscription type.
If you were to add the consent checkbox in your form for a particular subscription, your contacts can subscribe to that subscription type.
In the form editor, you would add another form element as shown below, and then you would add the consent box. Click on that field in the form and you can set the subscription type.
