Stuck at import step 3

Hi there,

I’m stuck at import step 3 where I’ve given the import a name and ticked the box but the button to finish the import stays grey. What can I fix this?

Can you share a screenshot? Do you see a tip when hovering the mouse over the gray button?

Can you provide a screenshot?

Have you hovered over the greyed out button? Sometimes HubSpot shows a pop up explainer why something is greyed out.

I tried importing contacts with another flow and it worked!

Hi @ADang1,

I was about to suggest clearing cache and cookies or trying another browser - sometimes these issues are temporary and coming back after a moment will solve them.
