I’ve followed all the helpful steps to make this basic import work. It’s got <100 rows of data, 8 columns (mapped to the properties of the contact object - all green ticks), including the Email unique identifier. I have no idea how to make it work.

I fixed it using the manual import tool rather than the wizard for initial setup.

+1 on @karstenkoehler’s aks to provide a screenshot. When the next/import button is greyed out normally HubSpot gives a little message when you hover over the button as to why you can’t proceed.
