I take regular walks. When I do no need to share anything with a client of be face to face, I lace my tennis shoes and take calls while walking outside. --- This post was migrated from connect.com and was originally published at an earlier date.

Hi Victor Becerra ! Staying energized means nurturing both body and mind. Here’s what I like to work on, even though it’s easier said than done: > Move daily – Regular exercise is key; it’s ‘use it or lose it’ for energy and focus. Make chores around the house part of your exercise routine. > Eat and drink wisely – Eat every real food in moderation and stay hydrated. Water is an energy essential. Gout be gone. > Resting is not optional – Sleep well and take mindful breaks to recharge. Coffee naps work
> Adopt a growth mindset – Aim to figure things out, plan the work, and work the plan. Learn from everyone and respect differences. > Reflect and improve – I take a moment daily to ask, ‘What went well? What can I do better?’ > Practice empathy and connection – It’s not just about me; we’re stronger together. I am because we are." > Putting a sound track to my workday also helps with the energy. --- This post was migrated from connect.com and was originally published at an earlier date.
