Start a sequence from email conversation gmail

hi,

is there is a way to Start a sequence from email conversation in gmail?

the need is very simple:

I have a conversation with someone, then he didnt answer to my last email

so I wanted to start from here (from and with the history of the email) a followup sequence emails

ex:

followup 1 after 1 week if he didnt answer

mail followup 2 after 2 weeks if he didnt answer

mail followup 3 after 3 weeks if he didnt answer

thanks a lot for your help, it’ll be very helpfull

Hi @CyrilCS,

Yes, this is possible with the HubSpot Chrome extension and a Sales Hub Professional seat. When composing a new email, you’ll see the Sequences option:

Hope this helps!

Is this still possible? I don’t see ‘Sequences’ as an option anymore.

Hi @MPsychedelicI hope you are doing well :slightly_smiling_face:

As @karstenkoehler mentioned"this is possible with the HubSpot Chrome extension and a Sales Hub Professional seat."

When composing a new email, you will see it in the “more” option:

Hope this helps,

Diana

Hi Diana,
Is there no way to do this while replying to an email that has hit your inbox?

Hi @MPsychedelicI hope you are having a great day!

Unfortunately, at the moment, is only possible when you are composing a new email.

I will suggest that you submit this as an idea here, this way it will have more chances to be implemented in the future.

Best,

Diana

Hi @DianaGomez ,

I try to start a sequence from a new form in my gmail account. I have installed HubSpot Chrome extension and a Sales Hub Professional seat.

But I cannot use ‘sequences’ … like you can see down here:

Can you give me an update? Thanks :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi @Gorik,

Thank you for the details! Based on what you’ve mentioned, it seems you have everything you need to use the sequences option. Since you have a paid account, I recommend reaching out to the support team directly so they can look into why it might not be showing up for you.

Thanks!

Diana

Can you enroll multiple contacts in a sequence through the Gmail extension? Aka can I enroll 50 people at a time like I can in the HubSpot platform? We’re trying to capitalize on the 1,000 person limit in Gmail as opposed to the 500 person limit in sequence enrollments from HubSpot. Let me know if there’s a different or better way. Thanks.
