Split Hardware vs Software in Deals

Hey All,

I’m looking for some help here. It’s virtually impossible to pull a report that allows me to split the deal by the type of line item eg: Hardware and Subscription.

Ideally, I want to pull all of the line items from a deal that are hardware only to get a subtotal and not include the subscription. Unfortunately dealing across multiple currencies becomes quite a headache.

For example, I would like to have an overview of an EMEA sales persons pipeline for the quarter and calculate all of the hardware line items, and have that displayed under the “home currency”. The total amount includes the subscription but to my knowledge, there is no way to subtract the subscription amount from a “hardware total” in company currency.

Any thoughts or ideas?

@Dalton I think you’re correct, that’s not a functionality I’ve seen in HubSpot Deals either. I’m checking with some colleagues to see if there’s a workaround, or if I’m missing anything. I’ll being that information if so.

Hey @Dalton thanks for the reminder. I don’t see any workarounds in my research, and no one has shared any magic with me, unfortunately! Sorry there wasn’t a better answer than “no.”
