we want to use the dedicated ID for email Marketing. so i want to know after i ppurchased the dedicated ID add on. Does HubSpot automatically assign an ID to us, or do we need to apply for it ourselves and then connect to HubSpot?
Hey @Jaylin just to confirm, do you mean the dedicated email sending IP? Deliver Emails with a Dedicated IP Address | HubSpot
If so, once you are provided with this HubSpot will set this up for you, you don’t need to change anything on your end. Your domain will remain the same, the only difference is that the HubSpot server your emails are sent from will be dedicated to sending your emails and not pooled with other users.
