I was thinking that it might be useful to get a notification if someone comments on a social post of your account - but also for team members and not just the super admin or people that connected the account. Responding on comments is really important and should be easier and more visuable in HubSpot.
If we could have the same inbox as Facebook messenger that shows the Instagram inbox and the comments that would be ideal. At the moment we have to use both Hubspot inbox and facebook inbox.
also needs to include LinkedIn comments
I just submitted a similar idea request and hope that this is added to HubSpot soon! It would be a game-changer for a lot of Marketing teams.

I completely agree with this idea! Notifications for comments on social posts would be incredibly useful.
Has there been any movement on this? Seems like a no-brainer.
