Hello,

Is “api.hubapi.com/broadcast/v1/broadcasts” the only way to extract social metrics. I can see data for clicks but the other fields, like interactions always appear to be set to zero. Any advice always gratefully received.

I think your question has previously been addressed in this post. Short story is that the Social Media API has been deprecated, as per this HubSpot API doc. It’s still “functional and stable”, but will no longer be getting updates. I’m not aware of any other HubSpot APIs that will supply you with this kind of data, but I could be wrong :crossed_fingers:

Thanks Zach, so where do people go next? Perhaps get a report emailed or is there a 3rd party integration like Zapier that works.
