Hello,
We use the Snowflake Ingestion app to sync contacts and product data into HubSpot. This ingestion creates and updates contact and product data records. The product data is a custom object built to our business logic and requirements.
Starting on March 7, 2026, the Snowflake Ingestion has encountered an “unknown error” on HubSpot’s side. I investigated Snowflake and our ETL tool, neither system contains failures.
Any advice would greatly be appreciated.
TIA!
Hi @taylorjamila and welcome, it’s a pleasure to have you here!
Thanks for the detailed investigation on your Snowflake and ETL side.
I understand that you are using the “Snowflake Data Share” integration. Please let me know if that’s not the case.
Can you confirm that you are using the Snowflake Data Ingestion (Data Sync) feature? (Not the Data Share)
Let’s consult our Top Experts: Hi @nickdeckerdevs1, @RubenBurdin and @HubDoPete if you are using Snowflake, are you seeing the same error ? Do you have suggestions to help @taylorjamila, please?
In the meantime, I’d recommend contacting our Support Team with the following information:
- Hub ID
- Screenshot(s) of the Snowflake sync UI showing the “unknown error” and any per-record messages.
- Direct link to the failing sync (the “record view” URL).
- Approximate start time of the failures (you said “starting March 7, 2026”, capture date + time + time zone).
- Whether this affects one sync or multiple (if you have more than one Snowflake sync).
- The link to this Community post
Thanks so much and I hope that you’ll get sorted soon!

Hello!
Thank you for your response.
I am using the Snowflake Ingestion data sync feature. I emailed support and I’m waiting for their response. I was curious to know if anyone else has encountered this issue before.
