Snowflake Data Share Not Refreshing

Hi,

I am currently running into issues where my HubSpot Data Share to Snowflake isn’t refreshing the latest data. I go through the exact process listed in the documenation I shared and have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Both times I have done this, it seems as if it refreshes as expected once or twice. (I can tell that it’s updating because my table count was different than the shared tables until they ran and then the row count was the same)
Has anyone else experienced similar issues and can point me in the right direction on how to get this to update on the specified intervals as specified in the documentation?

Hey, @THouse9 :waving_hand: Have you already reached out to support for this one? If so, and you were redirected back here, please let me know. — Jaycee

Hi @THouse9 ,

You’re not alone here, I’ve seen a few teams run into refresh gaps with the native HubSpot > Snowflake Data Share.

It usually works for the first run or two, then stalls, exactly as you described. Sometimes it’s a backend issue that only Support can confirm, so I’d still recommend opening a ticket with HubSpot just in case it’s on their side.

From your side, double-check that the share is still active in Snowflake (sometimes permissions or consumer settings drift) and that the refresh schedule you set in HubSpot matches what Snowflake expects. HubSpot’s doc on connecting to Snowflake Connect HubSpot and Snowflake Data Share

And the general data sync troubleshooting page (Connect and use HubSpot data sync) have a few checks worth trying.

If reliability is business-critical, you might also want to look at a connector that gives you more control over refresh intervals, retries, and monitoring. That’s exactly the gap we designed Stacksync to cover real-time sync with built in scheduling, alerts, and the ability to see when a pipeline is stuck before it silently fails

Let me know if this makes sense or if you’d like me to share a bit more detail on setup patterns that keep Snowflake pipelines consistent.

Hope this helps.
