This is a must-have! We are using Intercom at the moment waiting for snippets for iOS app…
Would be great if this came to iOS!!
More importantly in the iOS chat. For us this is currently unusable due to lack of snippets. It would be an awesome addition.
I would say there is a greater iOS user database with professionals than with Android… why would it even be a question if we wanted the same functionality? This should be a standard feature…
This incredibly frustrating not having the ability to use snippets on IOS. It’s much more vital to being effective when communicating on a tiny keyboard on a phone. Let’s get this done!
Not sure I would have switched to hubspot had I realized that this feature isn’t available on iPhone. This is a critical function. We really can’t function without snippets being available in conversations. Will need to switch to something else if we have to go very long without it.
It’s ridiculous. HubSpot needs to step up here so we can get adoption for our inbound team as it’s very limiting.
Please add snippets to iOS! I’ve had to copy messages to my notes app to be used when accessing HubSpot on my phone and it would be much easier with the use of snippets instead.
+1 - Why would this not be included?
Please get this in IOS… Following.
Snippets in conversations is a must-needed feature for iOS users, please implement!
We need this feature as soon as possible!! Please get a update for iOS!!
Please add this
Yes, we really do need this function for iOS!
Using Snippets on mobile device is an obvious need for us, why not available on iOS? Chat is so important that we`d probably have to choose another CRM platform only because of this missing. Hope this will be available asap, of course iOS users will be using Snippets as well as Android users..
Snippets on ios mobile app is a must. Please add ASAP
Has been delivered!
Lets go, if android gets it why cant apples
Would really like this for iPhone. For Android is available for a very long time, so iPhone should not be left behind that long.
