"Smart Send" option

Hello Everyone,

Some Email Marketing Softwares have a “Smart Send” option where the Email is sent out when the user is most likely to open the email, which in turn increases the open rates.

I know that Mailchimp has a similar feature called “Send time optimization” - Use Send Time Optimization | Mailchimp

Here is another one from Klaviyo : Identify the Best Time to Send Emails (Marketing Platform) - Klaviyo

It’ll be great if Hubspot can work on adding this feature where the AI determines when an email is sent out.

There’s also another benefit to this which is the email is sent out in batches instead of all together.

Will be great if this feature is added.

It would be great if we can add this feature. That way users aren’t guessing at what time it’s best to send eblasts to subscribers. If we can have some sort of graph that maps avg time engagements are highest, it would be ideal for Hubspot users.

I’m really surprised that HubSpot doesn’t have this feature.

Yes I agree they should. They used to have a feature called send-time optimization, but it was a somewhat flawed tool. I would think that HubSpot might be able to put in an algorithm that analyses when the audience (bonus if you could filter it to include certain lists - as we have a bunch of different lists we send to and the optimal send would vary wildly between them) in general opens the email.
